If you have a backup that the system could not find, and you want a different one from us, we can exchange it.

You have first send us an email with information about backup: brand, type, serial number, version of the software and preferably with a photo of the ECU-label, as well as the name of the file you need. After we will check, confirm and agree with the exchange, you will have to send us an email with your file and we will immediately send to you the file you specified for exchange.

For a successful exchange, try to offer us a backup copy of the full ECU: fls + epr + mpc, (it is better to read BDM).

It is also advisable to attach a photo with a partnumber (ECU LABEL PHOTO)
